The Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, met today in Banja Luka with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, Marko Đurić.
During the meeting, current political topics and challenges faced by Republika Srpska and Serbia were discussed, as well as important regional issues.
The Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina emphasized that Serbia is a reliable pillar for Republika Srpska, noting that the protection of national interests, while preserving peace and regional stability, is a permanent and shared priority of the institutions of Republika Srpska and Serbia.
In this context, she once again expressed special gratitude to Serbia, as a guarantor of regional stability, for its understanding and consistent, continuous support to Republika Srpska.
The interlocutors confirmed their commitment to strengthening institutional ties, along with readiness to further reinforce and deepen the already highly developed and substantive relations between Republika Srpska and Serbia.
