“Dodik on his visit to the USA: two things will not be seen, but they will happen”

“SNSD leader Milorad Dodik confirmed to RTRS that he will travel next week to Belgrade, Paris, and Washington, also announcing a visit to Moscow, which he said is a strategic partner of Republika Srpska.”

“Speaking about opposition criticism regarding his visit to the United States and attendance at the National Prayer Breakfast, Dodik said:”

“For them, it is irrelevant because they cannot go. The most important things are always those that are not visible, and there are two things that will not be seen and will not be known, but they will happen.”

“When it comes to last week’s visit to Israel, Dodik assessed that the visit was impressive, noting that he met with the highest Israeli officials and attended significant events.”

“The meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was impressive; I spoke with him about all issues. He asked what the three things were in which he should help Srpska,” Dodik said.

“He emphasized that no one in the world any longer misunderstands issues related to the Dayton Agreement and that everyone knows Bosnia and Herzegovina is a ‘patched-together’ state.”

“Dodik said that he discussed economic, cooperation, and political issues with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.”

“One part concerned Hungary and the EU, regional issues related to the war in Ukraine, and inevitably Bosnia and Herzegovina as well. Hungary has the greatest understanding of the Balkans,” Dodik said, adding that Orbán will take part in discussions on the Balkans with top U.S. officials.
