Igokea recorded its third defeat in the VTB United League Cup, as Zenit claimed a convincing 103–72 victory in Saint Petersburg in a third-round game.
The Russian side already held a 17-point lead at halftime, 52–35, and continued to increase the advantage in the second half to secure its third win in the competition.
For Igokea, the only players to score in double figures were Rory with 15 points and Nikola Popović with 14.
Zenit’s most efficient players were Randolph with 21 points and Zubkov with 19.
Before the start of the game, the anthem of Republika Srpska was played and greeted with loud applause, while the flag of Republika Srpska was displayed in the stands.
