Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac stated that in any normal country, the Central Election Commission (CEC) would have resigned or been dismissed following what he described as blatant violations of the law and electoral rules.
“Unfortunately, we live in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Košarac added in a post on the social media platform X.
