The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is fully aware that its rejection of President Milorad Dodik’s appeal will be overturned at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, said Nenad Stevandić, President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.
“That shows they did not have enough integrity to admit that Christian Schmidt cannot enact laws,” Stevandić stated.
He questioned whether all seven judges of the Constitutional Court will resign once the case is concluded in Strasbourg, and whether disciplinary proceedings will be initiated against those who claimed that Schmidt has legislative authority.
