Serb member of the Presidency of BiH Željka Cvijanović congratulated the Serb people on the Day of Serb Unity, Freedom and the National Flag, emphasizing that unity is not only a historical legacy, but also our support in difficult times and strength in challenges.
“Today, as we mark the Day of Serb Unity, Freedom and the National Flag together with Serbia, we proudly reaffirm the centuries-old covenant – that we are strongest when we are together.
Serb unity is not only a historical legacy, but also our support in difficult times, our strength in challenges, while the national flag, as a symbol of endurance, permanence and our identity, reminds us that we belong to the same people, the same roots and the same tradition, wherever we live,” Cvijanović stated.
She expressed her conviction that “the ideals of unity will continue to gather and strengthen us, making us worthy heirs of our rich history, our ancestors and descendants, and reliable guardians of freedom and the future.”
