Republika Srpska is looking for a partner, not a rival, in the Federation of BiH, emphasized Savo Minić, the newly elected prime minister of Republika Srpska, during his appearance on RTRS Telering program.
“We currently have no problems with the Federation, and even if there are any, they are easily solvable. Claims that they don’t want to talk to us are childish, because who else would they talk to if not us? Sooner or later, they will have to sit at the table,” Minić stressed.
He stated that he will openly tell all ministers in the new government that if they are not ready to work over the next year in the interest of Republika Srpska and its citizens, then they should not take the job at all.
“We have to work tirelessly, that’s what I demand from them. I can’t perform miracles, I’m aware of that, but it’s clear to me that in this political moment we must do everything to ensure that Republika Srpska secures and regains all of its competencies,” Minić added.
