FBiH will not elect the president of Srpska

President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said that the plans of Sarajevo and the Bosniaks had been exposed, as they intend to organize elections for the president of Republika Srpska in the Federation of BiH. This came after the president of the BiH Central Election Commission, Irena Hadžiabdić, stated following a session that voting could be carried out at polling stations in FBiH if Srpska were to boycott the process.

“She was honest enough to reveal everything we have been talking about. They want FBiH to elect the president of Republika Srpska!? Let them try, and then we will see how they intend to bring him from FBiH. I am not threatening with force, but I believe people will take to the streets in protest,” Dodik said.

He stressed that he encourages the CEC to organize elections for the president that Republika Srpska will boycott, asking how such elections would even be held in Sarajevo, Tuzla, or Zenica.

“She exposed the Bosniak plan. That plan was already clear when, in the previous elections, they decided that the votes for the president of Republika Srpska would be counted in Zetra, in the Federation and in Sarajevo, and not in Republika Srpska. By doing so, they sent the message that if you want a president, he must be confirmed in Sarajevo,” Dodik emphasized.

He thanked the members of the CEC for exposing the plans.

“Just go ahead and organize it, and we will see how you will bring the president here. I will continue performing my duties as before. As the National Assembly of Republika Srpska has also said, I have no intention of withdrawing. Today is an even better day for me. They want the president to be elected in the Federation. Excellent! Buјrum!” Dodik declared.
