Ana Perić from the shooting club “TRB” in Bijeljina won first place at the Junior Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina held in Sarajevo, the club announced.
Perić convincingly secured first place and set a new national record in the final.
Last year’s champion, Sofija Rakić, took third place, and the club’s team—which also included Marija Trifković—also placed third overall.
“These young girls, all born in 2008, once again demonstrated their talent, and we hope they will continue to delight us in the future with new records and medals,” the statement said.
The “TRB” Shooting Club emphasized that their members have once again proven to be among the best in Republika Srpska and BiH.
The competition took place this past weekend in Sarajevo.
