I am convinced that Republika Srpska will attain its rights, said Professor Dr. Predrag Ćeranić, Dean of the Faculty of Security Studies at the University of Banja Luka, appearing on the Morning Program of RTRS television.
Ćeranić warned that the Dayton Peace Agreement has been seriously violated.
“Some are rushing to treat the officials of Republika Srpska as fugitives, but the situation is quite the opposite. For the past 30 years, we have been under pressure. The Dayton Agreement must be restored to its original settings,” emphasized Ćeranić.
He stated that global security is closely connected to security in the region.
“It is encouraging that the two most important leaders—Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump—want to resolve the conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East. I am convinced that Bosnia and Herzegovina will be one of the topics of discussion between Putin and Trump. It’s only a matter of time,” said Ćeranić.
