“I am closely following all statements by Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Our views on the need to preserve peace and stability in BiH, without conflicts and divisions, align,” wrote Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik on X.
- BiH can only be preserved through constant respect for the voices of all three constituent peoples and by acknowledging the positions of Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH, not through foreign pressure. BiH has no constitutional right to a Court and Prosecutor’s Office—these are unconstitutional, imposed, and non-Dayton institutions. They are also undemocratic because they operate based on decisions imposed by an unelected foreign official, which were not adopted through a parliamentary process – Dodik stated.
He emphasized that “if the globalist actions of Biden’s administration were harmful to the American people, then they were equally harmful to other nations as well.”
- I expect that the new administration, led by President Donald Trump, will eliminate the harmful consequences of Biden’s administration, which created divisions, conflicts, and crises wherever it operated. I deeply believe that the process of building states and nations, as well as maintaining certain unviable ones, is a remnant of Biden’s failed foreign policy—one that President Trump will bring to an end – Dodik stated.
