Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers, Staša Košarac, stated that the policy of Republika Srpska opposes everything symbolized by the fake High Representative Christian Schmidt, including unconstitutional and anti-Dayton activities, unitarization, colonization, and undemocratic foreign interference in internal affairs.
Košarac emphasized that Republika Srpska is a signatory to all 11 annexes of the Dayton Agreement, in which Srpska is mentioned by its full name 57 times and referred to as an entity an additional 95 times.
- “BiH is composed of two entities and three constituent peoples. Srpska has sovereignty which it brought into BiH,” Košarac noted on Instagram, responding to the communiqué of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) which claimed that the entities exist solely based on the BiH Constitution and have no independent sovereignty, and that Republika Srpska is not a signatory to the General Framework Agreement for Peace.
He stressed that the policy of Republika Srpska is the strict adherence to Dayton and the Constitution, as well as internal agreements among local politicians.
According to him, the illegitimate foreigner has the audacity to lecture on respecting the Dayton Agreement, with a perpetual aim to establish himself in this country as a colonial administrator.
Košarac questioned by what right Schmidt speaks about the institutions of Srpska and its legitimately and legally elected representatives.
- “He derives this ‘right’ from some parallel universe in his head based on the non-existent confirmation of the UN Security Council. He derives this ‘right’ from the PIC, an anti-Dayton body that does not even represent the international community, but a self-organized group of Western ambassadors, whose opinions do not bind anyone in this country,” Košarac noted.
According to him, this speaks volumes about BiH.
- “It is illusory to expect BiH to survive, let alone move forward, as long as its fate is decided by a false presence and deception embodied in Christian Schmidt,” Košarac concluded.
