A sales exhibition titled “Golden Hands – Zvornik 2024” opened in Zvornik, bringing together around thirty exhibitors from Bijeljina, Mali Zvornik, Bratunac, Banja Luka, and Zvornik.
This is the 17th event promoting traditional values, stated the director of the Zvornik City Tourist Organization, Ivana Đokić Milanović.
- The participants of the event have the opportunity to generate additional income, get to know each other, exchange ideas, experiences, and establish cooperation – she said.
Milanović emphasized that the “Golden Hands” exhibition is significant for both the residents of Zvornik and its visitors, as it offers a diverse selection of souvenirs, handmade items, unique jewelry, and health and cosmetic products.
The opening of the exhibition was also attended by the deputy mayor of Zvornik, Miloš Tomić, who noted that each year sees an increasing number of exhibitors from Zvornik as well as other cities.
According to him, the city supports such events that encourage citizens to actively participate, not only in promoting the city but also in economic activities.
- Such events contribute to the preservation of customs, traditions, and folk crafts, and they also aid in the development of tourism – Tomić stated.
Displayed on stalls along the city’s promenade are paintings, wool and silk products, natural cosmetics, traditional costumes, and various decorations.
The event is organized by the Tourist Organization and sponsored by the city of Zvornik.
