The seventh International Festival of Humor and Satire “Kriva Drina” will begin tonight in Zvornik and will last until Friday, June 14th, announced the festival organizers.
The festival will open at 7:00 PM with a monodrama “Looking for a Husband” performed by Jelica Brestovac.
On the second day of the festival, the “Artifacts” exhibition will be opened, followed by a literary evening with Dušan Pop Đurđev, a writer and long-time director of the Zmaj Children’s Games.
According to the festival program, an evening of aphorisms will be held on Friday, June 14th.
The festival will take place at the summer stage in front of the National Library and Museum Collection of Zvornik.
The festival is sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska and the city of Zvornik, and organized by the National Library.
