Member of the BiH Presidency Željko Komšić is the main source of instability in BiH, assessed Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić Radman.
He added that Komšić presents himself as the Croatian representative, but he was not elected by the votes of the Croatian people.
In Croatia, there was an expectation that changes to the BiH Electoral Law would be made, as the current law is discriminatory and prevents the Croatian people from electing their own representative, Grlić Radman believes.
