The Kustendorf International Film and Music Festival is held annually in the ethno-village Drvengrad on Mount Mećavnik near Mokra Gora, Serbia.
The founder and director of the festival is film director Emir Kusturica.
It was established on January 14, 2008, with the ambition of providing young filmmakers with the opportunity to present their works.
Kustendorf Film Festival is conceived as a meeting place for giants of contemporary film, young filmmakers, and film-directing students participating in the competition with their short films. It also serves as a meeting point for established global directors and actors whose films are screened outside the competition.
The festival also hosts musical performances by various bands each evening during the festival.
