A total of 55,000 criminal complaints have been filed against citizens of Republika Srpska over posts made following the death of General Ratko Mladić, President Milorad Dodik said today, adding that the complaints were submitted through applications and other activities.
“This shows just how divided and unviable BiH is, and to what extent the Court and Prosecutor’s Office are supposed to serve exclusively as instruments of Bosniak policy. The Prosecutor’s Office is expected to pursue criminal cases on the basis of a law imposed by someone without ever being passed by parliament. It is a distorted system of functioning that we must continue to pay close attention to,” Dodik said.
He asked whether those attending General Mladić’s funeral could now expect to be filmed and whether such a BiH was necessary.
Dodik also said that he would attend General Ratko Mladić’s funeral.
