The exhibition “On Collages” by artist Tatjana Bosić has opened at the Old Clock Gallery in Šamac and will remain open to visitors until August 10.
Milanka Blagojević, Director of the Šamac Cultural Center, told Srna that the exhibition presents a rich and diverse collection of works that, through the medium of collage, explore distinctive motifs, colors, and emotions.
Blagojević said the Old Clock Gallery is continuously working to enhance the town’s cultural offering and promote visual arts.
“Throughout the year, we organize exhibitions featuring both local artists and established academic painters, with the aim of giving our fellow citizens the opportunity to experience a variety of artistic expressions and high-quality cultural content,” she said.
She added that the institution regularly applies for projects supporting the acquisition of artworks, allowing the gallery to expand its permanent collection and build a lasting artistic archive that contributes to preserving Šamac’s cultural heritage.
“We will continue to support artists and develop the gallery’s activities because we believe that culture and the arts play an important role in the life of every community,” Blagojević said.
