Haim Bibas, Mayor of the Israeli city of Modi’in, thanked Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Željka Cvijanović for her friendship and support for Israel.
“Cvijanović is a great friend and a strong supporter of Israel, in every place and through every challenge. Thank you,” Bibas said during the opening ceremony of the MuniExpo conference in Tel Aviv.
Cvijanović addressed participants at the opening of the conference earlier today.
MuniExpo is Israel’s leading international conference and exhibition dedicated to urban innovation, organized by the Federation of Local Authorities in Israel.
The Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina is on a multi-day visit to Israel, during which she has met with senior state officials and addressed the International Policy Summit in Jerusalem.
