Savo Minić welcomed the adoption of the Declaration on the closure of the OHR by the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, stressing that respect for the Dayton Peace Agreement and the return of competencies to domestic institutions are essential for stability and democratic development.
“Dialogue and agreement between domestic political actors remain the only way for Bosnia and Herzegovina to function,” Minić wrote on X.
Earlier today, lawmakers in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska adopted the Declaration calling for the termination of the mandate of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the closure of the Office of the High Representative (OHR).
