Minister for scientific and technological development and higher education of Republika Srpska Draga Mastilović will be on a visit to Moscow from tomorrow until Saturday, March 14, where he will hold several meetings and attend the Third International Forum Russia–Balkans.
According to the ministry, Mastilović will meet with Ruslan Grigorievich Gagkuev, chairman of the board of the Russian Historical Society and executive director of the History of the Fatherland Foundation.
The meeting, scheduled for 10:00 at the headquarters of the Russian Historical Society in Moscow, will focus on joint projects between Russian and Serb historians in the field of historical memory and the fight against contemporary attempts to falsify history.
Mastilović is also expected to meet at 12:00 with Znaur Gassiev to discuss the establishment of inter-university and scientific cooperation.
He will also attend the two-day Third International Forum Russia–Balkans, which is scheduled to open on Friday, March 13, at 11:00, where he is expected to address participants on the first day.
The forum will focus on prospects for economic integration between regions of the Russia and Balkan countries within the emerging architecture of a multipolar world.
The event is organized by the Russian-Balkan Dialogue Center for International Cooperation and the Russian-Balkan Center for Business Cooperation and Culture.
