Young handball players of Borac achieved a remarkable feat at the “Lokomotiva Cup 2025” in Brčko. The red-and-blues, the under-12 team, stunned the famous Barcelona with a dramatic 29–28 victory.
The team, led from the bench by coach Srđan Bilanđić, showed character, heart, and skill to secure a triumph they will remember for a long time.
It is not often that the Catalans lose in youth categories, but Borac’s young talents proved that the school of the former European champion is still rich in quality and promise.
The historic victory was achieved by the following players:
Andej Garić, Marko Musić, Luka Mićević, Nikolaj Karalić, Luka Karalić, Jan Šeranić, Stefan Miodragović, Filip Kajtez, Uroš Mitrović, Teodor Mitrović, Dimitrije Mazalica, Luka Branković, Marko Lakić, and Kristijan Sliško.
