Minić: The future of agriculture and society as a whole lies in cooperation

The future of agriculture, as well as society as a whole, lies in cooperation, emphasized the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Savo Minić, at the opening of the International Fair of Agriculture, Hunting and Fishing “Interagro” in Bijeljina.

“The Government of Srpska has subsidized the purchase of 221 tractors, 15 combines, and more than 7,000 attachments over the past four years. We are continuing this effort because we must create an even better environment for agricultural production in Srpska,” Minić stated.

The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska, Anđelka Kuzmić, said that a quarter-century of the fair’s existence testifies to Srpska’s commitment and vision to cultivate its land, highlighting the need to strengthen the role of youth and women in agriculture.

The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Serbia, Dragan Glamočić, stated that Serbia and Republika Srpska belong to the same people and that cooperation is both natural and necessary.

The Mayor of Bijeljina, Ljubiša Petrović, said at the opening of the Fair that the city is proud of this event, as well as of the work of the farmers of Semberija.
