Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić stated that the upcoming joint session of the governments of Srpska and Serbia in Belgrade will be focused on strengthening cooperation.
Speaking in Bijeljina, Minić emphasized that the joint efforts of Republika Srpska and Serbia are not directed against anyone, but are in the interest of all.
“We want to show that we stand together, and that is the key to solutions. In that way, we are much stronger and more prepared for any challenge,” Minić said.
He expressed confidence that Republika Srpska and Serbia will overcome all the challenges imposed in these difficult times.
He noted that the homeland and the state are not the same, but that the state is built on the foundations of the homeland.
“The homeland is our culture, faith, tradition, the cemeteries of our ancestors. Love your homeland—and Serbia is our homeland as well. We have an obligation to ensure that every resident of Republika Srpska, including those who are not Serbs, lives well and is respected,” Minić concluded.
