Israeli citizens traveled to Tel Aviv

The Service for Foreigners’ Affairs announced that Israeli citizens whose passports were thrown away in a Sarajevo hotel have departed from Sarajevo Airport to Tel Aviv.

The Israeli citizens left the airport yesterday at 10:30 p.m., the service reported.

New travel documents for these individuals were issued by the Embassy of Israel in Belgrade, which enabled them to travel without difficulty.

Employees of a Sarajevo hotel in BiH had allegedly thrown 47 passports of Israeli tourists into the trash by mistake, forcing them to remain in the hotel even though they were supposed to return on August 16.
