The 13th Festival of Mediterranean and European Film will open this evening in Trebinje, showcasing 40 films from 17 countries.
The festival will be opened at the Square of Freedom, where actresses Ljiljana Dragutinović and Ksenija Marinković will be presented with the “Golden Platanus” award for their outstanding contribution to Euro-Mediterranean cinema.
This year, the audience will also select the winner of the festival’s Grand Prix award “Golden Košćela,” along with the “Great Charter of Leotar” award.
In addition, awards will be given for best actor, actress, director, as well as for best Mediterranean and European film.
