President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated that his appearance before the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina was entirely politically motivated.
“You all know that the process was politically motivated and that the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH are not provided for by the Constitution of BiH, so my appearance there was also purely politically motivated,” Dodik told reporters in Bratunac.
The Court of BiH yesterday issued a ruling accepting the Prosecutor’s Office’s proposal to revoke the detention order for Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, thereby also nullifying the arrest warrant previously issued against him.
The detention was revoked after it was determined that the reasons for which it had originally been imposed no longer exist.
