Starting today, ticket packages for this year’s Teatar Fest “Petar Kočić” are available for purchase. The main program of the festival, under the slogan “Beneath the Surface”, will take place from June 3 to June 9, the National Theatre of Republika Srpska announced.
Audiences can look forward to five exceptional plays in the competition program, along with one performance dedicated to the festival’s award winners.
In addition to the main lineup, the festival will offer a rich accompanying program, running from June 1 to June 13, providing visitors with additional cultural and artistic content.
The ticket package for all competition performances, including the closing play, is available for 160 KM. Buyers of the package will receive one ticket free of charge. Tickets can be purchased at the box office of the National Theatre of Republika Srpska.
At this year’s 27th edition of Teatar Fest, the play “Wooden Birds”, a co-production of the Croatian Theatre from Varaždin and the Croatian Theatre from Zagreb, written by Lidija Deduš and directed by Ivan Plazibat, will be performed.
Also featured are the play “Acid”, a co-production of the Bosnian National Theatre from Zenica and “Scene MESS” from Sarajevo, written by Asja Krsmanović and directed by Nermin Hamzagić; “Redemption” by the Serbian National Theatre from Novi Sad, based on the novel by Vladimir Šćepanović and directed by Veljko Mitrović.
The audience will also see “The Reverse Side” by the Montenegrin National Theatre from Podgorica, an original project by Boris Liješević, as well as “The Humor Station” by the National Theatre from Belgrade, written by Đorđe Kosić and directed by Olja Đorđević.
