The team behind the animated film Beneath the Surface, created by Ivona Bijelić and Maja Ćetojević, received a monetary award of 5,000 KM from the Audiovisual Center of Republika Srpska for the best public presentation, along with a special plaque for audience appreciation.
The Center’s director, Anja Ilić, expressed pride in all 12 teams that took part in the workshop, which focused on improving public project presentations, noting that they demonstrated a high level of production and creativity.

“We’ve shown that we have nothing to be ashamed of compared to the region and Europe—we stand shoulder to shoulder with them,” said Ilić.
She expressed confidence that all projects will see the light of day and achieve international distribution, as they represent Republika Srpska in the best possible way.
Ivona Bijelić said the workshop helped her gain valuable skills on how to efficiently prepare and deliver a project presentation.
“We received clear guidelines on which content to use, how to present publicly, and how to make the best use of the limited time we have for a presentation—it has to be brief but meaningful,” Bijelić explained.
Workshop mentor for animated film, Vojin Vasović, shared his satisfaction with working alongside both authors and students who showed great potential.
“The winning film demonstrates a high level of creativity and professionalism, and Banja Luka should be proud of it. In addition to presentation skills, I aimed to help participants further improve their storylines,” said Vasović.
