Interpol has rejected the appeal submitted via NCB Interpol Sarajevo at the request of the unconstitutional Court of BiH to revise its earlier decision not to issue a red notice for the leadership of Republika Srpska, the portal Provjereno has learned.
The request was denied with the same reasoning as before — the case is politically motivated, and Interpol, in accordance with Article 3 of its Constitution, cannot issue a warrant in such circumstances.
To recall, on April 2, Interpol refused to issue a red notice for the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, and the President of the National Assembly, Nenad Stevandić.
Subsequently, on April 16, the unconstitutional Court of BiH requested a revision of that decision through NCB Sarajevo. However, this request was also rejected by the international institution.
