“War for the Truth: Dodik vs. the Deep State”

In the sixth episode of the show 69 Minutes on the social media platform X, titled Tyrants and the War for Truth, a segment was aired under the name “Dodik vs. the Deep State.”

President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, stated that the administration of Joseph Biden brought Christian Schmidt to Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he presents himself as the High Representative, despite not being confirmed by the United Nations Security Council.

Dodik emphasized that a High Representative must be confirmed by the UN Security Council.

“He was never confirmed by the UN Security Council. This is the old Biden administrative structure. And the swamp—this global swamp of Brussels and all the Brussels institutions—does not even accept President Trump. I can say that the people who remain from the old Biden administration are now leading this shameful process against me,” Dodik said.

He stressed that foreigners sit on the Constitutional Court and that there is Christian Schmidt, who imagines he has the power to enact laws.

“That is not written anywhere in the Constitution. It doesn’t exist,” he said.

He added that he arrived in Israel on Wednesday and that no arrest warrant existed at the time.

“I arrived normally, without any international red notice or anything like that. They found out I was in Israel and attending this conference, and then essentially issued a warrant for arrest through Interpol. I learned about it from their media,” Dodik said, adding: “The same people issuing these warrants are those currently supporting Hamas in Sarajevo and the terrorist attacks. Step by step, they are actually introducing a new body that was almost like an NGO structure.”

President Dodik further pointed out that thirty years after the peace agreement that ended the war, Bosnia and Herzegovina still has the Office of the High Representative issuing orders, which the judicial system is then expected to obey.

“The issue is that in Sarajevo they decided to comply and take advantage of it—since many of these prosecutors and judges also come from the ranks of Muslims, they initiated this case against me after the man who calls himself the High Representative issued an order saying that anyone who disobeys his directives is committing a criminal offense in Bosnia and Herzegovina,” Dodik stated.

The president of Republika Srpska underlined that the role of the High Representative does not exist in the Constitution.

“But the Office of the President of the Republic does exist. And now this non-existent office is issuing a warrant for my arrest through the prosecution. That court also isn’t grounded in the Constitution. How is that possible? How can a foreigner come to your country and tell your judicial system that they must obey his decisions—without any legal basis?” Dodik concluded.
