President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik met in Israel with Romanian Member of the European Parliament Maria Georgiana Teodorescu.
On this occasion, she expressed her support for the president of Srpska and drew attention to the political persecution of a presidential candidate in Romania, comparing the situation to that in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In Romania, Călin Georgescu, who won the first round of the presidential elections, has come under attack, with the country’s Constitutional Court annulling the results and banning Georgescu from participating in the repeat elections.
Through this meeting, she called on Bosnia and Herzegovina to free itself from foreign influence and focus on building domestic institutions.
