The location for the new dinosaur-themed park in Banja Luka is still under consideration, city officials announced. They emphasized that the most suitable site for the Dino Park will be determined through consultations with both residents and experts.
Milada Šukalo, advisor to the mayor, stated that the primary goal in selecting the location is to ensure satisfaction for both Banja Luka’s residents and visiting tourists.
“We will carefully consider and choose the best location for this type of project. Our aim is to follow the example of many European and global cities by continuously improving our tourism offerings and making Banja Luka an even more attractive destination. The idea behind this initiative is that themed parks across the region and Europe attract a large number of visitors, particularly families with children and nature enthusiasts. We want to provide Banja Luka with such a space in an appropriate location,” Šukalo explained.
Dinosaur-themed parks remain attractive throughout the entire year, contributing to the city’s overall tourism appeal. This, in turn, enhances Banja Luka’s competitiveness as a tourist destination and creates opportunities for the further development of the local tourism sector.
