Following Elon Musk’s statement that USAID is a criminal organization, the adoption of a law on NGO financing is inevitable, said legal expert Ognjen Tadić.
- “For decades, USAID has shaped the policies of a significant portion of NGOs. Transparency in foreign financing is in the best interest of NGOs, as it would also eliminate suspicion regarding their future operations,” Tadić emphasized on X.
