The Serb member and Chairwoman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Željka Cvijanović, received the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Li Fan.
At the start of the credential presentation ceremony, Cvijanović expressed satisfaction with the excellent relations between the People’s Republic of China and all levels of government in Bosnia and Herzegovina, describing them as an example of true friendly cooperation.
She emphasized that strengthening political and other relations with the People’s Republic of China is a very important foreign policy commitment and thanked the Chinese leadership for its balanced approach toward Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Cvijanović highlighted the mutual interest in ensuring that the friendly relations between the two countries contribute to strengthening economic ties. She expressed full commitment to cooperation on specific projects in the fields of energy, infrastructure, environmental protection, tourism, and other areas.
The newly appointed Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Bosnia and Herzegovina conveyed warm regards from the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping, to the Serb member and Chairwoman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Ambassador Fan emphasized her dedication to working tirelessly to enhance the bilateral relations between the two countries.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Serb member and Chairwoman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina wished the newly appointed Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China a successful diplomatic mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
