The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska, Radovan Višković, stated that he is the next target of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, following Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik.
When asked who is targeting him, Višković emphasized that he has come under scrutiny from the BiH Prosecutor’s Office due to “non-compliance with the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH,” despite the fact that more than 90 decisions of that court have been violated so far.
“There have been 90 decisions by that court that were not respected, but only I have come under attack. Why? Because of the sale of land on Jahorina, even though everything was done in accordance with the law. However, they claim that I ‘had no right to sell state property,’” Višković said during a New Year’s reception for representatives of media outlets from Republika Srpska.
