The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today obtained a multidisciplinary medical assessment from a six-member team of doctors at the General Hospital “Prim. Dr. Abdulah Nakaš” in Sarajevo, who declared that Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik is unfit to attend trial proceedings, attorney Goran Bubić stated for RTRS.
“The experts concluded that the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is not medically fit to travel between Banja Luka and Sarajevo, attend the trial, and follow its proceedings six weeks after surgery. The Court of BiH has postponed the main hearing scheduled for December 30, 2024, and will instead hold a status conference with the defense attorneys,” said Bubić.
