“Every evil comes to an end, and soon we will bid farewell to Michael Murphy, the U.S. ambassador to BiH, the greatest calamity that has ever befallen this country,” stated the president of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
- “He is the greatest natural disaster to hit this land, and it will take years to undo the damage. The biggest polluter of the public sphere, a schemer, and a corrupt protector of criminals and wrongdoers, is using his final days to further poison relations in BiH,” Dodik wrote on social media platform X.
Dodik emphasized that everything Murphy did harmed all three constituent peoples.
- “He sabotaged every agreement and stalled every bit of progress. He has dragged BiH backward, but I did not allow him to do the same to Republika Srpska. Every agreement among representatives of the three peoples was his personal defeat, which he avenged with threats,” Dodik noted.
Dodik went on to say that Murphy takes pleasure in the misfortune of others.
- “Murphy is a human disgrace, a diplomatic embarrassment, a bundle of complexes who will have to live obsessed with hatred towards me. That feeling is foreign to me. So, goodbye,” concluded Dodik.
