Dodik: As the Prosecutor’s Office, so is Bosnia and Herzegovina

The way the Prosecutor’s Office acted today is a reflection of Bosnia and Herzegovina—meaning, a non-functional state, said President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, announcing he would file a criminal complaint against the SIPA inspectors who testified today.

Dodik stated that the case against him and Acting Director of the Official Gazette, Miloš Lukić, is politically orchestrated, designed from the start to affirm a colonial administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

“Today, despite everything, I am convinced that entering this process was the right decision. We have nothing to lose in this process, but many others do. The Prosecutor’s Office today represented Bosnia and Herzegovina in the worst possible way, reflecting a weak state,” Dodik emphasized after the hearing at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

He further noted that there is no possibility of this case leading to a serious verdict.

“If they have any sense, they could suspend it, perhaps postpone it for several months. By ‘pushing’ as they are, they’re dragging Bosnia and Herzegovina into deeper instability,” Dodik remarked.

Dodik also highlighted that several laws were breached in today’s testimony.

“I will file criminal charges against today’s witnesses for legal violations, for unlawful interference, and later against the prosecutor, as well as the judge, for everything up until now. We will not back down from this process; we will see it through to the end. They think they will enforce a policy of discipline. If you believe you can treat us as fools, you have a mistaken view of us. If you want a political trial, you’ll have it,” Dodik declared.

He reiterated that the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina are unconstitutional institutions.

To recap, a hearing was held today at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina involving Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and Acting Director of the Official Gazette Miloš Lukić, where SIPA inspectors Petar and Nikola Đukić testified.
