The relations between Republika Srpska and Hungary are excellent and continue on an upward path, said President of Srpska, Milorad Dodik, at a press conference.
“Hungary is a great friend to us, and we have learned much from them. Our intention is to showcase our potential and attract all who are interested in investing,” Dodik stated.
He expressed gratitude for Hungary’s support, especially for their response and assistance to the agricultural sector.
“Thank you to Hungary for standing by us when others wanted to act arrogantly towards us,” Dodik emphasized.
He noted that relations with Hungary are built on friendship as well as tangible projects.
“They have supported us in the agricultural sector, and today, many people view the projects we implemented with the Hungarian government positively,” Dodik said.
Dodik also thanked Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó for participating in the panel at the “Invest Srpska” conference held on Jahorina, adding that Szijjártó’s presence honored the traditional forum.
He highlighted that the “Invest Srpska” Forum is an opportunity to attract those interested in investing in Srpska, affirming that Republika Srpska is a favorable destination for investments.
