Tadić: Judges Who Ruled on the Succession Agreement Didn’t Even Read It

In the Constitutional Court of BiH, there are still judges making decisions on property matters based on the Succession Agreement, who not only have not read it but also don’t even know in which Official Gazette of BiH it was published, claims legal expert Ognjen Tadić.

Tadić emphasizes that this is an attempt to make the Succession Agreement a legal basis, which he describes as completely absurd.

“The Constitutional Court of BiH created major confusion on this issue. In excerpts from rulings published on the Court’s website, it states that the Succession Agreement can be found in the Official Gazette 43/01. In case 1760/19, the same claim is made. However, what’s interesting is that Official Gazette 43/01 doesn’t exist, as only 33 issues were published that year,” Tadić asserts.

The conclusion, Tadić stressed, is that the judges who ruled on the succession matter didn’t even read the Succession Agreement, as they wouldn’t have cited an incorrect issue number in the Official Gazettes if they had.

“And poor BiH has lost 13 years due to these decisions,” Tadić wrote on X.
