The traditional cultural event “Dučić’s Poetry Evenings,” dedicated to the great Serb poet Jovan Dučić, will begin for the 57th time on November 2 in his birthplace, Trebinje.
As part of the 57th “Dučić’s Poetry Evenings,” a grand ceremony titled “At the Ball with the Knez” will take place at the Cultural Center Theatre in Trebinje on Saturday at 8 PM.
The cultural and artistic program, dedicated to the distinguished Serb poet Jovan Dučić, will feature: the “Lola” Choir from Belgrade under the direction of Milovan Pančić, actress Biljana Đurović from the National Theatre Belgrade, actor Đorđe Marković from the National Theatre Belgrade, opera prima donna Jasmina Trumbetaš from the National Theatre Belgrade, lead opera singer Dragutin Matić from the National Theatre Belgrade, piano accompanist Nevena Živković from the National Theatre Belgrade, vocal soloist Milica Rajković from Trebinje, piano accompanist Maja Petijević from Trebinje, and singer-songwriter Ranko Slijepčević from Trebinje.
