The defense team of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik is considering the possibility of informing relevant international legal institutions about the denial of their client’s right to defense, stated Goran Petronijević, a Belgrade lawyer and member of Dodik’s defense team, in an interview with our radio.
He emphasized that this is one of the options, but there is also the possibility of filing criminal charges against those responsible for falsifying certain documents.
The next hearing in the trial against President Milorad Dodik and acting director of the Official Gazette of Srpska, Miloš Lukić, is scheduled for October 16.
