A documentary photo exhibition titled “Railways in Trebinje and Surroundings Through Time” by journalist and publicist Josip Veber from the Media Center of Serbian Railways was opened last night at the Art Gallery of the Center for Culture and Education in Doboj. The exhibition presents the period from 1901 to 2001.
The exhibition was officially opened by the general director of Republika Srpska Railways, Slađan Jović, who expressed hope that a similar exhibition about the railways in the Doboj and Banja Luka areas will be organized in the future, with the collected materials contributing to a monograph.
The author of the exhibition, Josip Veber, emphasized that the photographs hold immense value and were sourced from private collections of former railway workers.
