The Serbian member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, met yesterday in East Sarajevo with the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway, Olav Reinertsen.
During the ambassador’s farewell visit, the two discussed current economic and political topics, open issues that strain relations within BiH, and the process of European integration.
During the meeting, Cvijanović expressed gratitude to the Kingdom of Norway for its engagement and support of reform processes and institutions at all levels of government, expressing readiness to strengthen cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
On this occasion, Cvijanović emphasized the commitment of Republika Srpska’s institutions to the European path and pointed out that consistent respect for the Dayton Agreement and the BiH Constitution, as well as dialogue among elected political representatives of all peoples, are essential for the long-term stability and functionality of BiH.
Cvijanović also thanked Ambassador Reinertsen for the good cooperation during his mandate and wished him success and happiness in both his personal and professional life.
