Representatives of the delegation from Podlaskie Voivodeship in Poland, during their official visit to Republika Srpska, discussed several projects with Minister of Agriculture Savo Minić, focusing on cooperation in milk production, agricultural machinery, and food production.
“The cooperation encompasses various areas, from milk production to the development of ecological households and food production, which, as we can see here, is of excellent quality,” emphasized Wiesław Burnos, Deputy Marshal of Podlaskie Voivodeship.
The minister pointed out that this region in Poland is similar to Srpska, which opens up possibilities for cooperation in agriculture. He announced a return visit in November, where concrete measures for cooperation are expected to be agreed upon.
“We are aware that we could market our products tomorrow, whether on a joint market or separately, but we need to have developed primary processing. We will develop cooperation that will be much more concrete,” stressed Minić.
A return visit by the Republika Srpska delegation is expected in November.
“We are impressed with our visit here. We had a very successful working meeting with the Minister of Agriculture and his associates. During this meeting, we already agreed on the next step, which is the return visit and further implementation of concrete measures,” emphasized Jacek Piorunek, a member of the Management Board of Podlaskie Voivodeship.
