No opinion, decision, or comment can change the essence of the matter, which is that the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH lack legitimacy, stated the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik.
“There are no Serbs in that court, but there are Germans, yet the Constitutional Court is supposedly in BiH. That is not a Constitutional Court, nor are decisions made there based on the law,” the President of Srpska said on the social network X.
Dodik noted that the Constitutional Court of BiH is a political organization, which, even as such, does not operate based on existing laws but on invented rules later approved by foreigners.
“There are no Serbs, but there are Germans. That alone is enough to say,” concluded Dodik.
