Legal expert Ognjen Tadić commented on the European Parliament elections on X, questioning how it is possible that none of the Slavs and Orthodox Christians can be found in the big four of the European Union.

“The EU has six member states where the majority are Slavs and three member states where the majority are Orthodox Christians. That’s approximately 100 million out of about 450 million inhabitants of the EU. Is it possible that none of them can be found in the big four of the EU?” asked Tadić.

To recall, in the European Parliament elections, there was a significant rise of the far-right, a slight increase for the center-right, and a substantial decline for liberals and greens. However, the strongest force remains the European People’s Party.

French President Macron, due to poor results, immediately called for parliamentary elections at the end of June.

The Belgian Prime Minister resigned.

Germany has also shifted to the right. Difficult times await the ruling coalition of Olaf Scholz, who rules out early elections.
