President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik emphasized in St. Petersburg that cooperation in culture, or cultural diplomacy, is currently what sustains the world, which has unfortunately lost the contours of organization and respect for international law.
“Only cooperation in culture somewhat integrates the world, which is significant in these difficult times,” Dodik stated.
In his address at the session “Development of Cultural Diplomacy,” held as part of the International Economic Forum, Dodik highlighted the importance of cooperation between Republika Srpska and Russia in various fields, one of which is culture.
“Today, times are tough, and they have been brought about by those who are now losing their primacy in the world. The world we knew a few decades ago no longer exists,” Dodik emphasized.
According to him, a new multicultural world has been created that still lacks its institutions to regulate processes and ensure stability.
“Therefore, we must understand the processes, and it is very important to maintain various contacts,” Dodik stressed.
He expressed gratitude to the hosts of the session.
