Radovan Kovačević, a delegate in the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, stated that the Serbs are a people against whom genocide was committed, and who have never committed genocide.
“The fact is that I am a member of a people against whom genocide was committed, and I belong to a people who have never committed genocide,” Kovačević said to Klix.
